Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Formify Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved partners ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring customers to Formify.one ("Formify," "we," "us").

2. Commission Structure

Founding Partner Tier

  • Commission Rate: 50% of subscription revenue
  • Duration: 12 months from customer's first payment
  • Cookie Duration: 90 days
  • Eligibility: First 100 approved affiliates

Standard Partner Tier

  • Commission Rate: 30% of subscription revenue
  • Duration: 12 months from customer's first payment
  • Cookie Duration: 60 days
  • Eligibility: All other approved affiliates

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are made monthly via PayPal or Wise
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD
  • Payments are processed within 30 days of the end of each month
  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes

4. Promotional Guidelines

Permitted Activities

  • Creating honest, accurate reviews and comparisons
  • Educational content about form building
  • Social media promotion with proper disclosure
  • Email marketing to your own subscribers
  • Paid advertising (with restrictions - see below)

Restrictions

  • No bidding on branded keywords: "Formify," "Formify.one," or variations
  • No trademark infringement or impersonation
  • No spam or unsolicited emails
  • No misleading claims about features or pricing
  • No adult content association

5. Compliance & Disclosure

  • Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines and local laws
  • Proper disclosure of affiliate relationships is required
  • Use clear language like "I earn a commission if you purchase through this link"

6. Program Changes

Formify reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, or terminate the program with 30 days' notice. Existing Founding Partners will maintain their rate for the committed 12-month period.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation with written notice. Formify may terminate immediately for violations of these terms. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to normal schedule.
