1. Subscription Refunds
1.1 Paid Plans
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers to our Starter, Pro, and Business plans. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription payments, refunds may be provided on a prorated basis for the unused portion if requested within the first 60 days of the subscription period, minus any applicable discounts received.
Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription payments, refunds are generally not provided for partial months. Cancellations will stop future billing but will not generate refunds for the current billing period.
1.2 Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- After the 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired (for new subscribers)
- For subscriptions canceled after recurring billing has been processed
- For accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- For Enterprise plans with custom pricing (these are governed by individual contracts)
